Thought we'd put some examples of some of our custom cut carpets we make for Sea Rays, Carvers, offshore boats and cruisers.

This particular shot shows how we take the old carpets and layout it out to minimize the customer's waste. We then cut the carpet, bind and place the snaps in the factory locations. By the way, the old carpet is laying upside down so that when we flip it over it's the same as it was. We have done it backwards! That's how we learn!

Pack up your old carpets, or trace us some patterns and ship them on down! We'll call you with a quote before we start the job!  We even have a pattern making kit that we can ship to you! We charge a $20.00 deposit for the kit, which we take off the completed job. The kit is really nothing more than a big box, filled with 6 foot wide Kraft paper and some instructions on pattern making. 

Here's a picture of a job we finished recently. This job with mats, binding, snaps and other pieces was around $1,100. The owner sent his old carpets, we patterned them, cut them out, bound the edges, installed new Stainless Steel snaps and shipped to his boat in the British West Indies. 
We've been going over our archives and decided to list some of the templates that we've got in our warehouse.  As all boats are not exactly  the same, please call us for details and more information. Years listed are what we've noted on our patterns, however on some Models, various years are similar.
